Saam Farahmand
British artist and director Saam Farahmand’s work lives in the cracks between art, commerce and philosophy. He has made films for Mark Ronson, Mick Jagger, Alexander McQueen, and Rihanna, among others.
Born in 1979, Farahmand went on to attend the Goldsmiths Fine Art course, working primarily as a video artist. He is the first director of color to win ‘Best Director’ at the MVA’s in the UK and was named ‘One of the most influential music video directors of his generation’ by The Guardian and Times magazine.
Farahmand has created campaigns for global brands including Apple, Comcast, Absolut Vodka, Coca Cola, NBC, Ford, Lincoln, McDonalds, Pirelli, Levis, The Grammys and Nike.
